These terms apply to the FreeMachine Universe app and this website, provided by RyeCentral Brands, LLC (“we”). By using them you agree to these terms.

What the Free Machine is

The Free Machine is a free app for tracking what you save and celebrating how you spend it. Free Machine Cash is a number you log yourself. It isn’t money, it has no cash value, and it can’t be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged. We aren’t a bank, and nothing in the app or on this site is financial advice. We don’t promise you’ll save any particular amount.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be an adult to start a Free Machine. Children use profiles a parent creates and manages, including after a parent moves them to their own phone. Parents are responsible for their children’s profiles and approve every spend.

Using it fairly

Don’t log entries meant to mislead people in your network, misuse verification, harass anyone, upload content you don’t have the right to share, or try to break or reverse-engineer the app. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You own what you log and upload. You give us permission to store and show it to you and the people you share it with, only to run the app.

Offers

Offers link to third-party stores. We may earn a commission when you buy; your price doesn’t change. Purchases are between you and the store, under the store’s terms. We aren’t responsible for their products, prices or service.

Changes and ending

We may change the app or these terms. If the changes are significant, we’ll tell you in the app or on this page. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Our limits

The app and site are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to $50. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
