Common questions
How do I log a saving?
Tap “I saved money” and say what happened in one breath: what you skipped or paid less for, and how much you kept. It’s banked in your Free Machine as Free Machine Cash.
Is Free Machine Cash real money?
No. Free Machine Cash is a number you log yourself to track what you’ve saved. The Free Machine never holds, moves or pays out real money, and it never connects to your bank or card.
How do I invite family or friends?
Open the Network tab and tap Invite. You share a code and link from your own phone, through the app you choose. Only family can see each other’s balances; friends never can.
What does verifying an entry do?
You can ask someone in your network to confirm a saving. They can say it’s true, adjust the amount, or say it’s not true. Verified entries unlock gold for your character, streaks and offers.
How do offers work?
Offers are brand deals shown to adult profiles in the US. If you shop through one, the Free Machine may earn a commission. It never costs you more. Offers are personalized from what you log in the app, never from bank or card data.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete my account. You can also ask us by email. Sign back in within 30 days if you change your mind. See the delete account page for what gets removed.
